Dream Effects - Great for Wedding Photos

This Photoshop tutorial is going to be one of the easiest you will ever learn on the net!. This particular Photoshop effect is great when applied especially to wedding or family potrait photos.

I'm going to use a photo of Kelly Clarkson, my favourite artist. I took this particular Photo from Jamie Hughes, one of the best celebrity photographer you'll ever find!.

Let's jump right into it....

First, open up an image that you want to apply this effect on and than duplicate the layer As shown by the picture below ( click to enlarge the image )

name that layer "Duplicate"

Next, apply Gaussian Blur Effect to the duplicated layer

Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur and with the radius of 3.0

And now the final step....yes..the Final step!...

Change the opacity of the duplicated layer to 55%

here is how you do it:

and that's it!, It's that easy.

Remember though, that you can change the opacity level depending on the the effect you want to achieve for your photos.

you can also play around with Color Balance ( CTRL +B)
